The riveted busbars are produced with copper and aluminum (foil) strips in the range of 0.05mm to 2mm, and they are produced by riveting and pressing the foils in the appropriate angle and design. These heat-treated busbars are preferred in areas where the movement is very high. Surface areas can be reinforced with stainless foil while contact areas can be protected with thick plates. Tin or silver plating is applied to the contacts or the whole product according to customer demand.

They are used in spot welding machines, Low Voltage / Middle Voltage and distribution boards etc.
